Julie Afanasewicz brings a unique blend of creativity, business insight, and deep-rooted community values to her work in real estate. With over 30 years of experience in the garment industry, Julie developed a keen eye for design and detail, which she now applies to real estate. Julie is also a dedicated community advocate. She has been actively involved with The Yolo Strong Foundation since its inception, supporting children and families in need. Through her work with the Yolo Home Team, she continues to give back—donating a portion of each sale to local initiatives that benefit kids in the community.
